I tried the suggested cables for the Wacon Cintiq Pro 16 and they didn’t work. Also tried the cable for the Pro 13 and that failed as well. It seems Wacom has designed the Cintiq Pro as a Mac only device, because they failed to account for the lack of Videocards with a usb-c port or minidisplay Port. Wacom support just hasn’t any answers to fix this issue.

I tried the suggested cables for the Wacon Cintiq Pro 16 and they didn’t work. Also tried the cable for the Pro 13 and that failed as well. It seems Wacom has designed the Cintiq Pro as a Mac only device, because they failed to account for the lack of Videocards with a usb-c port or minidisplay Port. Wacom support just hasn’t any answers to fix this issue.
