The best source for both parts, if needed, and technical advice, is Magnetek's/PPC's main wholesale outlet. When I called Magnetek, before MagneTek became PPC or Parallax Power Components, they referred me to BR Wholesale, which remained PPC's main outlet. They have a toll free number during normal business hours M-F. They spend the time on the phone to solve whatever problem/upgrade you might have.

These folks helped me when I had a failure in mine and through the conversion to an electronic power supply that is much better than the analog one my rig came with.
Many folks have problems finding technical info on the MagneTek line of converters because they are no longer MagneTek. MagneTek sold/spun off the RV converter products which are now under the Company Parallax Power Components, or PPC. So online searches on MagneTek can bring up confusing dead ends.
As well, BR Wholesale's website is still under construction, so the technical and user manuals are still offline, even though the parts and prices are still posted while they expand to a third warehouse.
However, they are online at the PPC website, and if you are electrically experienced all of the diagrams and troubleshooting guides for the 30 amp systems like you have, and the 50 amp systems like mine are on this page on the PPC website.
Here are the online and toll free technical support pages if BR Wholesale can't help:

You posted while I was composing mine but I have to respectfully disagree with you on the charge output of the MagneTek 6332. Sinhala unicode font free download. Nothing beats going to the source for definitive technical guidance!
You can measure less amps because the charge rate on linear converters in the 6300 line decrease in amperage with the charge rate of the battery to a trickle charge, so you may have measured 3 amps at a mid point in the charge of the batteries. 6300 series FAQ page, from their home page above.
I think you are correct in that the OEM charging systems do leave a lot to be desired, and that is what I think you meant to say.
I'd still check with the engineers. All MagneTeks aren't made alike.
One other note. There is an upgrade for those of us that wonder where the electrical interference on our TVs, radios, computers comes from. Also those tired of low charge rates. And also those tired of the 12 volt lights and appliaces getting a voltage drop when more than one or two are turned on. It also solves the problems with flourescents and some of the reefer/furnace/waterheater motherboard problems when 12 volt drops.
All of the above is/can be due to the cheaper linear converter sections in our OEM 6300 series converter chargers. There is an upgrade available that changes it to an electronic converter/charger, with more 12 volt output avilable. While more charge amps, up to 45 amps, are available, the charging section is only faster to charge, still not a true three stage charger.
This upgrade is only available for the 6345's like mine (50 amp service) as far as I can tell, not the 30 amp like the 6332. But I would ask the company if it can be used there too.
It provides up to 45 amps of pure, filtered 12Volt power, including a charge rate of up to 45 amps. Since it is electronic it makes no annoying hum or noise other than the cooling fan. It's expensive at $217.00 but may be of interest to some folks as long as we are on the subject. More info here:
You'd think they'd use them as OEM in the first place.
